Send Nail INSPO! If we haven’t spoken do not book until inspo is sent. If I realize you haven’t read the policy; examples; failure to send inspo or no thorough consultation , request to change inspo, request to reschedule within 72 hours etc, will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Appointments WILL NOT be confirmed until NAIL & TOE inspo is sent/ consultation is had. Prices online are base prices only - designs/ add-ons cost more. • If you're late more than once, your deposit amount will increase. Deposits: $45 (non-refundable unless I cancel) • 10-minute grace period After that, $30 late fee or cancellation Same-day cancellations/No-shows: NO same day cancellations or Changes to your appointment inspo there will be a fee if allowed, no reduction of service as well ( example: short length instead of long vice versa) • 100% of service charged ^ (Or added to future appointments tab) • 40$ Squeeze in fee - For Squeeze ins there is no grace period! Come exactly at your time. After your scheduled time appointment will be cancelled • 15$ same day polish etc removal fee (Come with no polish. No nails, just a clean canvas with nothing on what’s getting serviced) LATE ARRIVAL A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed; arrivals beyond this may result in a shorten service or cancellation. Reschedules: 72+ hours in advance ONLY After that it is upon my discretion.
